All Support Workers at this service must have or commit to obtaining a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.
Key duties
* Assisting with personal care needs
* Medication administration
* Participating in daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest and considerate relationships with those we support
* Maintaining written and electronic records
* Attending and completing training as required
