We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and talented Bar and Lounge Supervisor for a uniquely stunning 5-star hotel in Pembrokeshire. As Bar and Lounge supervisor you will support the Head Sommelier and F&B Manager in overseeing the daily running of the bar and lounge area.

The ideal Bar and Lounge Supervisor will have the following:
Passion for local, regional and world spirits.
Passionate about offering a sincere customer experience.
Minimum WSET Level 2.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails.
Experience in working in a similar 5 red star Hotel or fine dining restaurant environment.
Resilient and hard working.
Great people skills.
