Location & Hours
Location: Lincoln - Hybrid Working
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know during our conversation!)

Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our commercial team, driving the successful delivery of our contracts. You'll collaborate closely with our operations team, providing essential commercial expertise that contributes to the success of our projects. With the support of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll thrive in an environment that values your skills and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with the operations team to produce accurate cost value reconciliations and financial forecasts.
* Manage cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal cash collection throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Oversee subcontract procurement and assessment, ensuring best value and minimal risk.
* Prepare and submit monthly applications and final accounts.
* Work closely with operations teams to ensure accurate information is obtained.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in a similar commercial role within the construction or related industries.
* An appropriate Quantity Surveying qualification and solid commercial & business knowledge.
* Experience working with the NEC suite of contracts or similar.
* The ability to understand and respond to contract issues effectively.
* Excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills.
