What You’ll Be Doing Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, focusing on their individual goals and learning needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote inclusion and achievement. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to support their emotional and social development. Supervise OPaL lunchtime activities, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for children. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure children receive the best possible support. Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall learning environment. About You Be able to do the job as described. Genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs and a desire to learn more about SEN provision. Strong communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents. Positive, empathetic, and flexible approach to meet the needs of pupils.
