A new 150+ cover restaurant that will be opening in Central London in early 2026 is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to join their esteemed culinary team. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating classic British/European desserts while ensuring the Pastry function operates seamlessly, delivering consistently high standards of service.

About You:
Were looking for a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef ready for progression, who has experience in similar roles, ideally with time within busy quality restaurants. You need knowledge of a variety of hot and cold desserts, ice creams, tempered chocolate, and larger scale mis-en-place for events.
As a leader, you should possess the ability to motivate and mentor a medium sized pastry team. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role.
