Role Overview
This is a technical pre-sales role focused on helping potential customers understand how the product delivers value. You’ll work alongside sales to run discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements with engineering stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
* Join sales calls post-discovery to run technical demos
* Tailor and deliver proof-of-value sessions using real customer code
* Translate technical wins into business value for senior decision-makers
* Collaborate with AEs to build persuasive proposals
* Support engineering teams through deployment and feedback
* Feed technical insights back to Product
Required Skills and Experience
* Background in or understanding of object-orientated languages e.g. Java, C#, Scala, Kotlin, Python
* Understanding of modern DevOps or developer tooling
* Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing consulting.
* Or you could be a developer with excellent communication skills and be looking to work in a customer-facing sales role.
* Confident presenting to both engineers and senior technical leaders
* Comfortable balancing technical deep-dives with commercial context
Nice to have
* 2+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering in enterprise software
* Exposure to frameworks like MEDDPICC or similar
