About the Role:
As an agency Support Worker, you will work flexible shifts in supported living and residential services, helping individuals with learning disabilities live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
Your duties will include:
* Providing personal care and emotional support
* Supporting with medication and daily routines
* Promoting independence and decision-making
* Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
* Maintaining accurate records and working closely with permanent care staff

Requirements:
* 1 years Previous care/support work experience
* A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* Must have the right to work in the UK
