Overview
Accommodation Front of House Assistant - Nights at Merlin Entertainments (LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY). This is a Seasonal, full-time role on a 4-on 4-off night shift from 10:00pm to 07:00am. The pay range is GBP 11.90 – 12.44 per hour (age related).
Responsibilities
* Ensure guests receive a 5-star experience during overnight stays in one of the three LEGOLAND Windsor Resort hotels.
* Assist guests with check-in/check-out, provide hotel or park information, and explain room types.
* Undertake evening audits and respond to guest queries to enhance the overnight stay.
* Maintain guest satisfaction by keeping guests and their experience at the forefront of every action.
* Assist as needed with safety-related tasks such as fire extinguisher audits when required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience of working within a Hotel in Front of House or Receptionist role is essential
* Must be over the age of 18 due to night hours
* Appropriate transport arrangements for night shift work
* Full-time availability – any 4 nights out of 7
* Motivated with a focus on excellence throughout the night shift
* Passionate about health and safety and comfortable acting as safety lead when required

We are looking for a Hotel Front of House Assistant - Nights to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Pay Range
