Description
This isn’t just another management role. This is a chance to lead a high‑performing BMW Used Car operation with the autonomy, brand and backing to do it properly.
We’re looking for the right person. Someone who brings energy to the showroom, pride to the product, and drive to the numbers.
Package: £60,000 pa with an uncapped OTE of £75,000 pa plus a company car.
Working Hours: 41 hours per week, across five days worked between Monday and Saturday.
Showroom Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00
* Saturday, 09:00–17:00
Sales Departments closed every Sunday - guaranteed!

Key Responsibilities:
As Used Car Sales Manager at Vines of Gatwick, you’ll take ownership of the full used car operation, including:
* Driving sales volume, margin, stock turn and finance penetration.
* Coaching and developing a motivated, engaged sales team.
* Maintaining BMW‑level standards across pitch, presentation and process.
* Ensuring an exceptional, premium customer journey.
* Working closely with senior leadership to continuously improve performance.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being visible, involved and influential.
About You
You might already be a Used Car Sales Manager delivering strong results or a Business Manager who’s consistently outperforming and ready to step up.

* You love driving performance and know how to get the best out of people.
* You lead from the front and set the tone on the showroom floor.
* You’re upbeat, professional and commercially sharp.
* You care deeply about standards, process and customer experience.
