Senior Management Accountant - 6 month FTC

We’re partnering with a high growth international business seeking an Interim Senior Management Accountant to play a key role across both financial control and finance transformation. This is a broad, high-impact role combining ownership of month-end reporting with driving automation, improving data quality, and enhancing scalability across the finance function. Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and systems, you’ll help shape a more efficient, insight-led environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Produce monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Deliver clear, insightful reporting to stakeholders
* Partner with non-finance teams to support decision making
* Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and reporting
* Drive automation and reduce manual workload across the function
About You:
* Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
* Strong management accounting experience
* Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to automation or BI tools
* Solid understanding of month-end, balance sheet, and cash processes
* Confident communicator, able to work across teams
* Experience improving finance processes is highly desirable
