About The Role
Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures, and equipment in the home are in good condition.
No two days will ever be the same, but your responsibilities will include:
* decorating
* gardening
* plumbing
* tiling
* coordinating external contractors
* carrying out regular risk assessments, audits, and checks
You will put our people at the heart of everything you do, whether that's painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden, or putting pictures on people's walls. Whatever you bring to the role, you'll see great rewards.
If you haven't worked in the care sector before, we'll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programs.

* Able to demonstrate a broad range of maintenance skills
* Knowledgeable about, and experienced in, health and safety legislation and regulations

It may be helpful if you have, or are willing to work towards, an 18th-edition Electrical Certificate.
