* Base salary £35,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
* Bonus structure:
o Validation: 4×
o 40% bonus on income generated above validation (typically from year two)

About the Role
As a Trainee / Junior Adviser you will join a structured 12‑month Adviser Development Programme, designed to take you from supported adviser to fully competent, client‑facing IFA. You will work within a pod‑based structure, attend client meetings and gradually assume responsibility for your own relationships, receive support through compliance sign‑off (typically within ~8 months) and develop strong technical and relationship‑management skills.
