About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and inspiring EYFS–KS1 Teacher to join our friendly and dynamic school in Penzance. You will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to children across Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons across EYFS and KS1.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupils’ development.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching EYFS and/or KS1.
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Is passionate about nurturing young learners and fostering curiosity.
