Job title: Transport Account Manager
Location: Redditch
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 D.O.E plus commission and company car
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients daily to understand their needs and plan your day accordingly
* Resource suitable candidates
* Write and place effective job advertisements to attract candidates
* Develop and manage candidate relationships within the chosen competency
* Qualify candidate suitability through questioning and referencing
* Maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure excellent service and maximize business opportunities
* Collaborate with colleagues to generate revenue opportunities
* Use in-house IT systems to generate candidates
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for both client and candidate
* Handle client and candidate queries and objections
* Manage contracts of placed candidates and maintain active client relationships
* Ensure records comply with recruitment legislation
* Keep all paperwork and system data up-to-date regarding candidate eligibility to work
* Payroll all workers weekly
* Visit multiple sites as required
* Participate in out-of-hours on-call responsibilities on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays
