Job Description
3. Partner with the regulatory legal team and central Knowledge & Innovation function to identify needs and deliver new knowledge products and services
4. Curate, maintain and improve high‑quality know‑how, including precedents, playbooks, workflows and automated content
5. Enhance and optimise AI and knowledge tools by:
6. Designing and refining prompts
7. Improving search and usability through metadata and taxonomy
8. Supporting document automation initiatives
9. Contribute to AI pilots and adoption projects, ensuring tools complement legal expertise rather than replace it
10. Apply product thinking to KM solutions, including roadmaps, user testing, feedback loops and usage analytics
11. Promote collaboration, reuse and innovation within the regulatory team
12. Work closely with PSLs and Knowledge Managers across the firm to support cross‑practice initiatives and shared KM standards
The Successful Applicant
Essential
13. Experience in a law firm environment, ideally with exposure to regulation or regulatory‑focused knowledge work
14. Strong grounding in knowledge management principles (curation, taxonomy, governance)
15. Hands‑on interest in AI‑enabled legal tools and their interaction with curated content
16. Experience with templates, precedents, workflows and digital KM platforms
17. Product‑focused mindset with experience of iterative development and evaluation
18. Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
