Responsibilities: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties. Client Interaction: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers, providing detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible deal while representing client interests.
