Responsibilities
* Monitor contractor work to ensure safety, compliance and quality.
* Handle multiple projects from start to finish focusing on safety, quality, cost, timing and process.
* Track daily progress and resources, and keep communication clear with contractors, teams and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate project records, ensure contractors are trained and authorised, and support team skills and wellbeing.
* Identify improvement opportunities, manage budgets efficiently and take action to boost productivity, cut costs and keep our customers happy.
* Monitor 132/33KV Tower Painting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with 132kV overhead line towers, including hands‑on technical knowledge.
* Strong background in contract partner management and delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
* Good understanding of DNO operations, revenue models, price control frameworks and regulatory compliance.
* Confident in stakeholder engagement and clear communication at all levels, building trust and collaboration.
* Commercially minded team leader with project delivery experience, IT skills and the ability to align plans with customer needs.
This role involves travel across various locations to support business needs. A company vehicle will be provided for work‑related travel and may be overridden by the company car scheme as per policy. A valid driving licence is essential.
