Systems Support Analyst
Location – Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary – 35k + Bonus opportunities, 35-hour work week with flexible working
We’re looking for a proactive Systems Support Analyst to maintain and enhance our client’s case management system. The ideal System Support analyst / Application Support Analyst will ensure seamless system performance, safeguard data, and support users to maximise efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities for this Systems Support role / Application Support Analyst:
Maintain and configure system settings, servers, and software updates.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access security.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Oversee data backup, restoration, and retention processes.
Optimise workflows and automate tasks for improved efficiency.
Provide user support, training, and technical troubleshooting.
Ensure regulatory compliance with full auditing capabilities.Essential Skills:
Strong technical expertise across system maintenance, configuration, and support.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will liaise with stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to improve the running of their case management system.If you’re detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and passionate about system optimisation and user support, we’d love to hear from you.
