Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator. to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, while also supporting the coordination of our expanding renewable energy services. Previous office experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
* Schedule surveys for all services across the business, coordinating with customers and our installation teams.
* Prepare pre and post-installation paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Schedule installations with customers using our internal management system, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare MCS certificates in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
* Raise purchase orders with merchants for materials and equipment required for installations, maintaining accurate records and tracking deliveries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
* Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, such as solar panels and heat pumps.
* Familiarity with Easy MCS or a similar job portal is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in managing and organizing project files and documentation.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
* Experience in scheduling and coordinating tasks, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
* Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
* A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service.
