Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
* Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including exchanges, token issuers, and financial institutions.
* Sales Execution: Close deals and achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.
* Client Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
* Previous BD experience in Market Making, HFT, or Institutional sales in the crypto industry
