We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of US Operational Reporting Analyst This role in Human Resources focuses on meeting reporting requirements specific for the US, including US Regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include creating reports and reviewing analytics to support business needs, enhancing engagement with existing solutions, and handling project requests independently. Functions and Activities Ensure business continuity and support team efforts, building a brand and reputation. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine data requirements, fostering communication and teamwork. Generate accurate data from internal and external sources, developing expertise in data management. Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Create and deliver timely U.S. scheduled reports, demonstrating reliability and efficiency. Participate in forums and meetings to interpret data, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Develop innovative distribution channels for reporting, encouraging creativity and initiative. Support decision-making through data explanation, cultivating communication and leadership skills. Balance multiple projects effectively under pressure, showcasing adaptability and time management abilities. Share information with stakeholders in suitable formats, promoting effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Requirements Requirements · Bachelor’s degree from a university with 1-3 years of relevant work experience · Advanced proficiency in English · Proficient in data analytics, business analysis, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using tools, such as Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, Python, R, and others. · Strong business intelligence skills with focus on business analysis · Knowledgeable in financial services, banking operations, financial management, and Human Resources (HR) · Ability to improvise existing solutions/products from current state with continuous improvement initiatives as an evolving services delivery model. · Excellent interpersonal leadership and organizational skills · Demonstrated initiatives and ability to manage multiple priorities in a change environment. · Ability to understand business requirement and implement technical BI Analytical solutions independently, or with minimum supervision. · Expertise in extracting insights form larger volumes of data, utilizing visualization and convert them into meaningful action for business consumption.
