Grafters Recruit are recruiting for several courier engagement officers for a well establishedcompany in the Coventry area, to cover the Midlands areas, The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven engagement specialist, with a positive, self-starter attitude who is comfortable engaging with new people each day. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our past and potential neighbourhood couriers, helping the business grow its network and improve the lead database. Engaging with applicants to determine their current interest level and updating our internal database. Cleansing our supplier list by removing contacts who are no longer interested. Analysing local data and identifying where actions need to be taken for our onboarding process. All training on systems and expectations will be given. This will be part of week 1 and there will be direct line manager support and subject matter experts also to call on if required. Willingness to travel as and when required is an important part of the role. Travel is not expected to be intensive, and any travel expenses will be reimbursed, either at an agreed mileage rate or to cover the cost of public transport.
