Reporting into Head of Healthcare Operations, you will take ownership of your region, create and implement a strategic business plan to achieve targets and foster a culture of outstanding customer care. You will ensure compliance with legal and professional standards, build strong relationships with local commissioners, and champion innovation in pharmacy services.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead & Coach: Support pharmacy teams to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
* Strategic Growth: Drive NHS items growth, commissioned services, and private opportunities.
* Develop Talent: Create development plans for Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists.
* Ensure Compliance: Oversee audits and adherence to SOPs.
* Build Networks: Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
* Empower Teams: Support ER resolution and foster a positive work environment.
We're Looking For
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commercial acumen and results‑driven mindset.
* Experience managing remote teams.
* In‑depth knowledge of the Pharmacy Contract.
* Full UK driving licence.
