The Role Support Senior Engineers and Associates with project delivery. Take responsibility for elements of design on projects, preparing calculations and technical drawings. Work with technicians to develop design outputs. Carry out structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and hand calculations. Assist with specifications, technical reports, and structural inspections. Attend client meetings and site visits with senior colleagues. Contribute to office CPD sessions and design discussions. About You Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng / MEng). 2–3 years’ experience in a UK structural engineering consultancy. Working knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS). AutoCAD skills (Revit beneficial but not essential). Ability to design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. Some experience with structural inspections and report writing. Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
