The Role As a Pre Cast Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the pre cast department in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, safety and people management. Typical tasks will include management of work processes, effective management and allocation of all resources, as well as supporting business planning initiatives. You will ensure that all shift operators are adhering to their working instructions and quality assurance thoroughly. Interested?
