Playworkers – Term-Time Only
Location: Schools in the West Malling area
Hours: Flexible options available
* Part-time, fixed hours: 22 hours per week (Monday–Friday, mornings and afternoons)
* Casual contract: Zero-hours, as and when required.

Join our friendly team delivering fun and safe activities for primary school children before and after school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with children - whether you're newly qualified, returning to work, or looking for a rewarding term-time role that fits around your own schedule.
You'll help create a safe, welcoming environment before and after school. You'll support and lead play-based activities, encourage positive behaviour, and ensure children are well cared for at all times.
Day-to-day tasks include:
* Leading fun and engaging play activities
* Supervising children aged 4–11 in a school club setting
* Ensuring safeguarding and safety procedures are always followed
* Serving snacks and promoting healthy habits
* Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Aged 18+ (due to insurance and Ofsted regulations)
* Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or play settings
* Confidence supporting play in a structured but fun environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable (but not required):
* A childcare qualification (or working towards one)
* First Aid, Safeguarding, or Food Hygiene certificates
* Full UK driving licence (for flexibility across sites)
