An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Southampton based client, a market leading organisation, asFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.
The FP&A Manager plays a central role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making by delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
* Key to identifying risks, uncovering commercial opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
* Success is defined by the clarity and accuracy of financial outputs, the ability to drive informed decisions, and the continuous enhancement of forecasting and reporting processes
* Operating as a key business partner, the FP&A Manager connects finance with operations to support the organisationscommercial ambitions and growth strategy
Suitable candidate for theFP&A Manager vacancy:
* Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a pedigree inFP&A,commercial finance and business partnering
* Excellent Excel skills,forecasting, budgeting, performance metrics, and scenario planning
* A strong communicator with excellent influencing and business partnering skills at a senior management and executive level
