What you’ll do
The role of the People Partner is to work in partnership with the leaders in our support teams to develop and execute people plans in support of the Business and People strategic objectives. You will support in employee relations, people engagement, talent development, the development of our internal systems and processes as well as policies and procedures. You will lead the people elements of a variety of change projects within the business such as organisational restructuring and redeployments, culture change and developments to our HRIS, ensuring changes are embedded, reviewed, and delivered on time. whilst providing expert advice, leadership and coaching to your stakeholders.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will have line management responsibility a small administration team and will work as part of a wider people team throughout the UK.

What you need
To be considered you will need to be an accomplished and confident qualified Senior HR Professional (CIPD, ILM) with strong influencing and coaching experience gained from working with multi-site organisations and the flexibility to travel. As well as being resilient and approachable you will be self-motivated and organised with experience of working with multiple managers to deliver people plans to achieve business outcomes. Experience of TUPE and business integration, developing systems related to Sponsorships and HR compliance as well as embedding an HRIS is preferred. Knowledge of the care sector is desirable.
