Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products to ensure they are available to customers quickly. When working on the sales floor, your outstanding customer service skills will be essential. We support all company policies and procedures and value a positive attitude. About the Role:
To be a successful Delivery Team Member, you will:
1. Accurately process stock quickly and to high standards, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
2. Ensure all stock is well-presented and correctly placed on sales floors or stored in stockrooms.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store.
4. Provide fast and friendly service to customers from all store areas, including working on the sales floor as needed.
5. Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
