We are supporting a well-established manufacturer in their search for two Production Managers to oversee the full production lifecycle - from contract review and planning through to delivery - ensuring output is efficient, high-quality, and on time for two separate functions of their business.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving production performance, managing schedules, and ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the full production process from order intake to final delivery
2. Leading contract reviews, assessing order complexity and capacity
3. Planning production schedules and managing resources, materials, and subcontracting
