About the Role: As an LSA, you’ll be a key figure in the day-to-day support of students across a range of year groups and subject areas. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff, you’ll help ensure that all students – including those with special educational needs, autism, ADHD, or emotional/behavioural challenges – feel supported, included, and empowered to achieve.
