Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner, based in Leeds on a full-time basis.
HR Business Partner
Full time and Permanent
Up to £50k
Leeds based – 3 days a week onsite
This is a generalist role, with a core focus on driving the ER agenda and supporting the Group with implementing the HR strategy, delivering on core people initiatives.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries across the Group, ensuring advice is given in line with legislation and policies.
* Handle day to day HR matters including absence management, disciplinaries, performance management and new starter processes.
* Support managers with Change programmes.
* Support the Group Head of People in any TUPE transfers.
* Drive Mental health and well being campaigns.
We are looking for:
* Solid experience gained as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* CIPD qualified or working towards.
* Experience managing projects around DE&I and Well-being.
* Proven experience supporting TUPE and restructure.
* Ideally experience gained within Facilities Management or similar.
