The HR Advisor provides high‑quality, professional HR support to managers and employees across the business. Acting as a first point of contact for day‑to‑day people matters, the role delivers guidance on policy, employee relations, performance, and general HR operations. The HR Advisor works closely with the wider People team to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant people practices that contribute to a positive employee experience and strong organisational culture. Reporting to the People Business Partner, this is an ideal role for someone with previous HR Advisor experience or a HR Admin ready to take the next step. You will have a solution focused mindset, be detail orientated and enjoy working in a fast paced but supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to People Business Partners on a variety of topics including employee relations cases and the cyclical People team activity. Monitor, analyse and manage absence. Identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate. Support with on/off boarding processes, including conducting first day induction, employee check-in meetings, and probation process tracking. Conduct exit interviews and ensure insights are appropriately considered to promote continuous improvement. Work with People team colleagues in the Operation and L&D verticals in support of continuous process improvement and support project deliver. Participate in various People team change initiatives, programs and policies as we continue to innovate our systems and processes.
