We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analysing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid from any of our offices within the UK (50% in Office). However, for the initial training period, attendance at our Bracknell office is expected to facilitate learning and team integration.
This individual will support Management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement go-to-market strategies for products. Responsibilities include product and competitor research, business case development, price modelling, developing USPs, market messaging, supporting product launch plans and collateral, and ongoing sales support.
* Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop product USPs and messaging that resonate with customers and market influencers.
* Support internal product launch activities, ensuring Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, and Project Management teams understand the proposition and messaging. Maintain collateral like ‘What You Need to Know’ documents, presentation slides, and pricing guides.
* Conduct research on competitors, market sizing, trends, and policy changes.
* Assist in developing external product launch plans to support lead generation.
* Work with Marketing to maximize customer engagement through events, case studies, blogs, etc.
* Create content for campaigns, including presentations, videos, newsletters, blogs, and brochures.
* Support the production and approval of Software Release Bulletins, Information Bulletins, and internal briefings.
* Assist Sales with bid responses, proposals, and quotations as needed.
* Support analysis of customer and sales activity for business planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Excellent interpersonal and management skills for engaging with colleagues, customers, and partners.
* Product analysis experience in local and/or central government.
* Experience in the IT sector and in preparing diverse written materials.
* Understanding of the IT sector, with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear messages.
* Qualifications in Business, Communications, IT, or related fields.
* Knowledge of the Public Sector and software development lifecycle.
* Experience in product marketing, launch management, competitor analysis, and market research.
* UK Driving License and eligibility for National Non Police Vetting and Government SC security clearance.
