Your new role
As the Building Surveyor you will be responsible for a wide range of project-related duties such as contract administration, project management and project monitoring. You will also likely to be involved in delivering services such as building surveys and dilapidations. You will work with a wide variety of clients including local authorities, large retail organisations, FTSE250 businesses, logistics firms and high-net worth individuals.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to hold a minimum of an RICS accredited degree. Experience gained working with both residential and commercial property in a project management capacity is essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential and you should live within commutable distance from Southend-on-Sea.
