Key Responsibilities
· Event Coordination: You'll work closely with our clients to understand their vision and turn it into a reality. From intimate ceremonies to grand receptions, you'll ensure every detail is perfect.
· Vendor Relationships: Forge strong connections with local vendors – florists, caterers, musicians, and more. You'll know who to call for the perfect bouquet or the most delicious cake.
· Logistics Management: Keep the show running smoothly. Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to make sure everything happens flawlessly on the big day.
· Customer Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their guests. Your friendly and accommodating demeanour will be a key ingredient in their unforgettable experience.
· Problem Solving: Stay cool under pressure. If there's a hiccup, you'll find creative solutions and ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
· Manage the events department and collaborate with your team on future projects.
Requirements
· Previous experience in event planning, especially weddings.
· Exceptional organisational skills – you can juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.
· A passion for creating unforgettable moments.
· A friendly, outgoing personality that puts clients at ease and can manage a team effectively.
· Strong communication skills – you'll be the go-between for clients and vendors.
