Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Infant Safeguarding Location: Blackpool, Lancashire Pay Rate: £41.91 per hour Job Description Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker to join its client’s Infant Safeguarding Team based in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families. Key Responsibilities: Undertake pre-birth assessments, child protection investigations, and manage complex Child in Need and PLO/Pre-Proceedings cases. Produce high-quality assessments, court statements, and reports. Provide mentoring and coaching to less experienced team members. Support the Team Manager in driving performance and quality improvement. Act as a role model, promoting reflective practice and continuous learning. Lead by example in delivering child-centred, strengths-based social work.
