Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned customer accounts. Resolve customer queries as they arise including account queries and warranties. Maintain the Forward Load for dedicated customer accounts, scheduling orders as required, quoting units and liaising with the Commercial Manager. Facilitate the resolution of Technical Issues between workshops and customers. Provide information for queries regarding OTD score as required on a weekly basis. Maintain Gross Margin for assigned customer accounts. Communicate Customer Status reports for assigned accounts which require these. Raise WO’s for customers as required. Scan and file Work Packs as completed.
