The Opportunity & Contract Profile
This Outstanding academy in Liverpool requires a highly reliable and practical individual to maintain the daily security, cleanliness, and functionality of the school premises. The role is vital in ensuring a safe learning environment for the school community and requires flexibility for shift work.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Site Security: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises.
* Maintenance: Performing minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics), and assisting the Site Manager with maintenance logs and external contractor supervision.
* Presentation: Ensuring internal areas and external grounds are kept clean, tidy, and fit for use, including setting up facilities for school events.
Compensation & Benefits
* Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a maintenance or site support role and strong H&S awareness.
* Salary: Competitive salary (ranging from £24,000 – £28,000 Annually).
