What you'll do You’ll take charge of a varied and exciting client portfolio, working with entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses to: Advise on employee share schemes, including EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, and unapproved options. Support clients with EMI valuations, ERS reporting, and annual filings. Provide technical guidance on SEIS/EIS qualification and structuring. Prepare advance assurance submissions and compliance statements. Communicate tax relief benefits clearly to founders and investors.
