Manufacturing/Production Planner - Day Shift - Telford

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Planner to join their growing team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of ensuring smooth and efficient production operations on a Monday to Friday day shift - no nights, no weekends!
The Role:
* Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
* Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow
* Monitor inventory levels and material availability
* Analyse capacity and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact output
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production planning role
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* ERP/MRP system experience highly desirable
