Client Details As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in delivering HR services across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You'll work closely with local teams and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support. Description Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions Support performance management and employee relations Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects Profile What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred Job Offer Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Sheffield City Centre Salary: Circa £30,000, depending on experience Benefits: Generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, private healthcare, wellbeing support, and more
