We are seeking enthusiastic people with a lively, outgoing personalities who are therefore able to engage with our customers as well as providing excellent coffee. If you share our passion for top quality coffee and superb service, we would love to hear from you.
There is the opportunity to start work with us as a Coffee Shop Assistant and to develop to Barista with our training and support
Hourly rate - £ £13.00 depending on age, skills and experience

Key Responsibilities
* Serving premium coffee, every cup
* Maintaining a safe and clean coffee making station and equipment
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Provide friendly and efficient counter/table service
* Maintaining Food and Health & Safety standards
* Assisting with due dilligence and compliance checks
* Upholding Massarella & Co core values
Skills and Experience
* Barista skills will be a benefit but all training will be provided
* A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
* Good time management
* Excellent customer service skills
* Use of safe food handling practices
* Experience in the hospitality industry

Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
