About the Role
We’re looking for a full‑time Senior Producer to join Coolr Studios — the in‑house production arm of Coolr — where creativity and culture move fast. You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative team shaping standout content for a range of brands, built for social from the ground up.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes content, a creative thinker with a strong production background who’s constantly generating ideas. You’ll have a deep understanding of what works on social, from emerging trends to platform nuances, and know how to turn those insights into content that people actually want to watch, share and engage with.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate top line ideas or client briefs into high‑end concepts and productions.
* Work across social platforms – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.
* Oversee the development and production process of social‑first videos, ensuring the brand and platform are at the heart of the idea.
* Write detailed decks and presentations for clients and new business.
* Accurately communicate the creative idea on behalf of the creative team – e.g. writing and presenting storyboards/scripts and creating decks.
* Have a good understanding of budgets and be able to recommend solutions to match specific budgets.
* Work with an editor to craft video assets and provide feedback.
Required Qualifications
* Solid understanding of different production disciplines and corresponding budget and timing considerations.
* Experience with social platforms Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
* Knowledge of current formats and specs/delivery requirements for different platforms.
* Understanding of copyright for stills, film, music, SFX and rights.
* Experience running smaller shoots (film and photography) independently and assisting on larger shoots, including preparing risk assessments, talent agreements and call sheets, booking talent, arranging permits etc.
* Ability to present storyboards/scripts or scamps for budgeting purposes.
* Strong communicator with a good understanding of production workflows.
* Willingness to attend shoots and travel around the UK occasionally.
* Ability to shoot is beneficial.
