Additional role info: Working Pattern = Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, 8am to 4pm with a 30-minute lunch, and Friday 7 hours, 8am to 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch. The role requires travelling across the federation and working from home, so driving is essential.
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring ICT Technician to join our supportive and talented team at Cabot Learning Federation.
Under the guidance of senior staff, the ICT Technician will provide high-quality ICT support for Kings Oak Academy and John Cabot Academy. They should be able to quickly understand and support users, maintain IT systems, coach colleagues within the IT team, and support IT training. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective running of the IT function within the academy.
In this role, you'll be a vital part of our IT Team—the core of all IT activities across our trust.

Minimum requirements include:
* Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent).
* A relevant IT qualification, e.g., ITIL or Level 3 or above.
* Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
* Experience with desktop and laptop hardware repairs.
* Experience in an IT support team environment.
* Good communication skills.
