The main focus of the role is to support the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of the Service Department. You will ensure incoming work is planned and manage the time and resources of your team, assigning Technicians to tasks to maximise productivity and meet deadlines. As a line manager, you will be responsible for performance management and will lead, coach and develop your team to achieve their best results.

Qualifications
* Previous managerial experience, e.g. in a Workshop Controller role, Senior Service role, or already in a Service Manager position
* Excellent communication skills
* Full, valid UK driving licence
