Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers using:
* Manage existing client accounts via phone, email, WhatsApp, and meetings
* Identify and develop new customer and supplier accounts across the UK and Europe
* Attend industry trade shows in Europe (occasional travel required)
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability
* Monitor market trends, prices, and demand to inform strategic decisions
* Coordinate logistics and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company growth goals
Requirements
* Sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
* Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot profitable opportunities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams
