We're seeking a talented individual to Program, Set, and Operate 3 & 5 Axis CNC and manual machines, playing a vital role in the production of high-precision composite and metallic components.
As part of the Manufacturing team, you’ll work closely with the Design Office and Engineering teams to deliver world-class components under tight deadlines.
Skills and experience:
Operate, set, and program 3 & 5-axis CNC milling machines for composite and metallic components.
Familiarity with CNC programming tools (e.g., PowerMill, FeatureCAM, SolidWorks); training available.
Recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering (e.g., City & Guilds or Apprenticeship).
Experience in high-precision, low-volume machining—ideally in Aerospace or a similar field.
Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and commitment to quality.What’s in it for you?
