My client, a global Insurer, is looking to hire into their customer service team in Watford. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in customer care within the Insurance or Finance industry.
Objectives:
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries at first contact.
* Deliver high-quality support via phone and email.
* Promote a strong customer service culture within the team.
* Ensure accurate data entry in company systems.
* Meet service level agreements for client queries and renewals.
* Contribute to team objectives and overall department success.
Profile:
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently.
* Awareness of the current economic climate.
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Insurance knowledge is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
