Job Description
Our client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their well-established and friendly team.
This full-time role offers a 4-day working week with 1:6 weekends at the nearby hospital.
The practice is equipped with in-house laboratory facilities, digital and dental x-ray, and benefits from strong support from the hospital, allowing for a diverse range of cases and a collaborative working environment. The practice holds cat-friendly status, reflecting its commitment to providing exceptional care for all animals.
You’ll be joining a supportive team led by a Branch Partner, who holds a Cert AVP. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a well-equipped environment with a team that fosters collaboration and continuous development.
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, consulting with clients, preparing accurate treatment plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The role also includes mentoring team members and ensuring smooth clinical handovers when required.
The ideal candidate will be RCVS-registered with experience in delivering exceptional care and working as part of a team. Clinical leadership skills and experience in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures would be highly beneficial.
